Virtual Grief Group Therapy
Group therapy is an affordable, yet effective alternative to individual therapy. Group therapy offers the benefit of having both the support of a licensed therapist and the support of several peers who are also experiencing grief.
Group therapy is NOT the same as a support group. Your group therapist will establish an evidence-based treatment plan for the group and your sessions will be structured to work towards those treatment goals. Additionally, you will be required to complete an initial assessment to ensure that our treatment goals will be beneficial to you and that you are a good fit for the group.
Each group has a maximum of 10 participants and lasts for 12 weeks (1 session per week). Each group session is $40. Each session is 90 minutes long.
If you agree to participate in a group and sign our participation contract, you will be charged for each session even if you chose not to attend. Please ensure that you will be available for all 12 sessions.
