Our therapists work a variety of flexible schedules Monday - Friday from 8am to 8pm.
Do you provide tele-health/virtual sessions?
Yes, we provide tele-health/virtual sessions to residents of the State of Illinois. Contact us to learn more.
Do you treat children and adolescents?
Not at this time. We currently offer treatment to people ages 18 and above.
Do you prescribe medications?
We do not prescribe medications. Our team consists of licensed psychotherapists, social workers, and psychologists. People in these professions typically do not prescribe medications.
Do you offer emergency care services?
We do not provide emergency care. In the event of an emergency, always call 911 or visit your local hospital's emergency room.
What kinds of insurance do you accept?
We are a self-pay practice. This means that we do not work with insurance companies. Our clients pay out of pocket. If you have a PPO plan, our providers will be considered "out of network". We can provide with a document called a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Our physical office is located at 5010 Fairview Ave, Ste 5, in Downers Grove, Illinois.
How do I pay my bill?
When you schedule your first appointment, you will provide us with a debit/credit card number to keep on file. Your card will be charged with a deposit to hold your first appointment. Afterwards, we will bill this card after each of your appointments.
